Sumitosh, Abhilash, Asmit star in Orissa win

Riding on an unbeaten half-century each by Sumitosh Praharaj and Abhilash Mallick, host Orissa trounced Bengal by nine wickets in a league match of the East Zone Vinoo Mankad Trophy under-19 cricket match at Ravenshaw University ground in Cuttack today. Praharaj slammed 91 and added 132 runs for the unfinished second wicket stand with Mallick, who scored 54. Asmit Rout also played a major role in the Orissa win by bagging four wickets. The win fetched Orissa four points, while Bengal drew blank. In another league match, Assam beat Tripura by 16 runs to secure four points at Sunshine ground.
